Historic
The Fast Shop chain began operating in 1986 as an authorized Yamaha dealership that sold motorcycles, outboard engines, jetskis, parts and provided technical assistance for these products, in the north of São Paulo.
A few years later, in 1991, the company adopted new guidelines and began the logistics operation of delivering household appliances to recipients of large consortium administrators. Speed ​​and good service were the main focus at this stage, which made Fast Shop’s management understand that it was ready to enter the retail market.
In 1996, Fast Shop opened its first store inside a shopping center. The store at Shopping Ibirapuera, in the capital of São Paulo, focused on differentiated service.
In 2000, the chain opened its online sales website.
Parallel to the launch of the Fast Shop website, the expansion of physical stores continued. Today, in addition to São Paulo, Fast Shop is present in large capitals such as: Belo Horizonte/MG, Curitiba/PR, Porto Alegre/RS, Rio de Janeiro/RJ and Salvador/BA and other important cities in Brazil.
In March 2008, Fast Shop launched the first Apple Premium Reseller in Brazil, called A2YOU. An Apple Premium Reseller is a local, independent store certified by Apple, as it is highly qualified in the brand’s products. Over the following years, it continued to expand areas of activity, brands and partnerships.
